GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

1.- Prices/Tariffs

 

FUJIMAE offers different sale prices:

DETAILED Price List: For the Public in general. It is the prices that you can see normally on our online store.

CLUB Tariff: For credited gymnasiums or instructors. It is possible to access it once you are registered in our Web and after official document confirmation with your credited teacher or club number. Later you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your register.
WHOLESALE Tariff: For sport stores or sub-distributors interested in commercializing our products. It is only possible for access once registered on our web and confirming through official file a register of activity. Later you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your register.

Prices are in Euros ( EUR).

The price of the products will be the one that is stipulated in every moment in our website, except in cases of obvious error. In spite of the fact that we try to insure that all the prices that appear in the page are correct, could have a mistake. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products which you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it with no charge incurred. If we cannot get in touch with you the order will be canceled and you will be refunded in full, the amount paid.

We will not be obliged to supply you any product at the lower price if the error in price is obvious and unmistakable and could have been recognized by the customer in a reasonable way, as an incorrect price. That is, Fujimae does not have any article as an amount of 0,00 € and therefore if any product appeared with this amount, it would be considered to be a mistake and we will proceed to cancel the order.

Prices may be changed at any time, but (except in the established previously) changes will not affect the possible orders already accepted by us.
Fujimae reserves the right to change, to limit or to remove an offer or discount at any time.

Shipping costs will be charged when the order doesn’t reach the established amount in our conditions of Transport. Shipping costs can change depending on every product and type of shipment.

To obtain more information about the shipping cost, visit the Transport section in this document. These expenses, in case of being applicable, will be charged separately, and will be specified and added to the total amount of the order.

 

2.- How to Place an Order

First you must be registered as a FUJIMAE customer. This way, you will enter your User Code and Password, gaining direct access to the tariffs according to your code. (Detail/Club/Store).

You guarantee that the information facilitated to Fujimae is precise, true and complete.

The minimum age to buy products on our website is 16 years.

2.1- ONLINE ORDER:

To place an order on our website you must follow the following steps:

-       You only have to go through our online store, select the products and the quantity you want and finally add them to your shopping basket.

-       You can see and modify the products added to the basket at any time.

-       To introduce the delivery address. If you need to invoice to another address, you must add the address. 
Important: carefully verify the email address that we will use as way of preferential communication.

-       Choose the way of payment according to the alternatives proposed in our forms of payment.

-       As soon as you validate your order, you will receive an e-mail containing your number of order and a link that will allow you to follow the state of your order.

 

2.2- ORDER BY E-MAIL:

You only have to send us an e-mail with your full name, address and phone number with the list of the products that you want to buy to the e-mail: info@fujimae.com.

2.3- TRADITIONAL ORDER BY PHONE OR FAX:

In any case, you must consider:

-       Transport costs: they will increase the amount of your order, according to the conditions indicated in the Transport section.

-       Delivery terms: the delivery date will be around 24-72 hours if orders are sent to the peninsula and by transport agency. Please check the Transport section to have more information.

-       Payment: choose your way of payment according to the proposals indicated in the Payment Mode section.

 

2.4- REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content on it. Although we will try to process all the orders, exceptional circumstances may arise which require us to reject the processing of an order after the Order Confirmation has been sent. We therefore reserve the right to reject an order at any time, at our sole discretion.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from this website, regardless of whether or not the product was sold; for removing or modifying any material or content from the website; or refusing to process an order once we have sent the Order Confirmation.

 

3.- Transport

 

3.1- ORDERS FROM SPAIN AND PORTUGAL:

Orders will be sent by transport agency, unless the customer indicates the contrary, with a delivery time of 24-72 hours in peninsula, starting from the next day of receipt of the order.

Orders bigger than 50 €: delivery paid, except in bulk material* or mats.

Orders smaller than 50 €:  according to the weight and kind of material shipping cost will be:

-       Peninsula:

Until 20 kg: shipping cost will be 5€ + VAT

More than 20 kg: shipping cost will be 15€ + VAT

Bulk material* ( as filled bags ): shipping cost will be 15€ (unit) + VAT

Mats: in this case, the customer must request an estimate to confirm the transport costs.

-       Balearic Islands:

Until 20 kg: shipping cost will be 12€ + VAT

More than 20 kg: shipping cost will be 24€ + VAT. Delivery date: 3- 4 days

Bulk material* ( as full bags, …): shipping cost will be 20€ (unit) + TVA

Mats: in this case, the customer will have to request an estimate to confirm the transport costs.

-       Canary Islands/ Ceuta/ Melilla: shipping cost from 8€; shipping by Post. Delivery date between 7-10 days.

Conditions:

Certified shipment.

To the shipment will apply the criterion weight / volume (167 kg/cubic meter), according to the following formula: length x wide x height (in cm) / 6.000.

        ·Bulk material* and mats: customer must request an estimate.

        ·If it’s necessary the DUA file, customer will be informed about additional costs.

 *BULK MATERIAL: item number. 30427, 30428, 30429, 30430, 30643, 30650, 30663, 30664, 30672, 30680, 30683, 30685, 30686.

3.2- ORDERS FROM THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY OR REST OF THE WORLD:

Shipments will be at the customer's expense. 

In the case of sending to community countries, the transport will be included at the moment of realizing the order according to the weight of the product and destination, except in the case of bulk material or mats.

In the case of sending to non-community countries, it is necessary to confirm the transport before the sending of the order. The order only will be sent, once confirmed by the customer (the payment will be done after to receive the confirmation of the transport).
In case of bulk material or mats, in both cases, FUJIMAE will confirm the shipping cost before the sending. The order will only be sent, once confirmed by the customer (the payment will be done later to receive the confirmation of the transport).

3.3- DELIVERY

Except under extraordinary circumstances, we will attempt delivery within 24-72 hours in the peninsula (consult remaining destinations in the transport section), keeping in mind that the shipment is only possible from Monday to Friday, and, in any case, with a maximum period of 30 days counting from the Confirmation Order date.

Nevertheless, there could be delays for reasons external to our company.


If for any reason we cannot keep the delivery date, we will inform you about this circumstance and will give you the option to continue forward with the order or giving you the possibility to cancel the order with the total reimbursement of the full price. In any case, no deliveries will be made on Saturday and Sunday.

For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the delivery has taken place or that the order has been delivered in the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you has received the products, with an accredited signature at the time of receipt to the agreed address.
If it turns out to be impossible for us to deliver your order, we will try to look for a safe place to leave it. If we cannot find a safe place, your order will be returned to our stores. In this case, we will get in touch with you and will come to an agreement as of how to proceed to dispatch the returned order to be delivered again. If you are not at the delivery address, we request that you get in touch with us or with the transport agency to agree for delivery of your order for another day.

In the case that 30 days has passed since from your order date and delivery hasn’t been possible due to reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you would like to withdraw from our commercial agreement and we will consider it as cancelled. As a consequence of this one resolution, we will return to you the payments received, except the delivery costs, without any delay and, in any case, in the maximum space of 14 days from the date in which we consider our commercial agreement was resolved.


Please, keep in mind that the shipping cost derived from the resolution of our commercial agreement can have an additional cost, in which we will be authorized to charge any additional costs.

 

4.- Payment methods

 

4.1- ORDERS FROM SPAIN:

Payment Methods:

  • Credit card: VISA/ MASTERCARD.
  • Bank transfer (advance payment): customer will have an additional discount of 3%. Payment must be made to our account number:

  • Cash on delivery: in this case we will charge 2,50 € + VAT.

4.2- ORDERS FROM THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY OR REST OF THE WORLD:

Advance payment by credit card or Transfer, as soon as FUJIMAE has informed the customer of the shipping if it was necessary and if the order has been confirmed for the customer.

At the time of placing and confirming the order, the customer also confirms that he is the owner of the credit card              

The credit cards will be subject to checking and authorizations on the part of the issuing entity, but if the mentioned entity doesn’t authorize the payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or lack of delivery and will not be able to formalize the order with you.

 

5.- Returned/Exchanged Goods

 

If necessary FUJIMAE reserves the right to exchange a product

No material will be returned without prior notification to FUJIMAE.

To request a return, visit "My orders" section into your customer account and select the products you want to return into the corresponding order. Then you must generate your RMA slip and follow the instructions indicated in the process.

FUJIMAE cannot assume the shipping costs of the returned material.

Every item to be changed will have to be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Any claim or exchange will have to be communicated to FUJIMAE within 30 days after the shipment of the order.

Once the product is received and checked, FUJIMAE will replace it.

Any product with a manufacturing defect will be replaced at no additional cost for the customer.

Any mistake produced in the shipment by FUJIMAE, will be corrected at no additional cost for the customer.

Any change regarding preferences, size or color of the product will be made whenever the shipment expenses are covered by the client.

 

6.- Post Sales Service

 

FUJIMAE offers clients a full Post-sale Service, in order to solve any problem or doubt that can arise, before, during and post-delivery of the product.
