How do I return my FUJIMAE order?

You can return products purchased on fujimae.com up to 30 days after the billing date of your order.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, unused and unwashed, along with any accessories, packaging, or labels they had when received.

Return Request:

1. Log in to fujimae.com and go to the Order History and Details section within your customer area to locate your order.
2. Once inside your order, select the products you want to return and provide an explanation for the return.
3. Your request will be recorded in Merchandise Returns section pending acceptance by our customer service team.
4. Once your request is accepted, you will receive a notification by email, and you will be able to download the return form from your customer area.
5. Print the form, which you should later include in the package you are going to send.

Important: If your return is due to a defect in the product, our team will contact you after receiving the return request.

Sending your return from Spain:

1. After the acceptance of your return request, you will receive an email that will provide access to the Correos returns platform.
2. From the Correos returns platform,enter your sender information including the reference of your order in the corresponding field. FUJIMAE will already be designated as the recipient of the shipment.
3. Generate the label or copy the return code.
4. Package the product(s) you wish to return and include the return form inside the package.
5. Go to the nearest post office to drop off the package and show the label or return code on your mobile. The cost to proceed with the shipment will be €2.95 VAT included.

Important: For returns of heavy/bulky material, wait to receive instructions from our customer service team after your request.

Sending Your Return from Outside Spain:

For returns from outside Spain, find a transport of your choice and send the package to our address:

The costs of return shipping will be assumed by the customer.

Refund of Your Order:

Whatever the payment method you used, the refund will be made using the same payment method and will be initiated as soon as possible, but always within a period of 14 days following the receipt of the product in our warehouses. In case of payment by bank transfer, you must attach in the return form a bank account number where we can make the deposit or communicate it to us by email.

Product Exchanges

We do not make exchanges, this way we can expedite all requests and offer better overall service. If you want a size or color different from the one purchased, you must return the product and buy it again.
