If you need to return a product, please follow these steps. You have 30 days from the billing date to initiate a return.
1. Return conditions
✔ The product must be unused and unwashed.
✔ It must include all accessories, tags, and original packaging.
✔ Exchanges are not allowed. If you want a different product, please make a new purchase after completing the return.
2. How to request a return
1. Log into your account at fujimae.com.
2. Go to Order history and details and select your order.
3. Select the products you wish to return and indicate the reason.
4. Wait for an email confirmation.
5. Print the return authorization from your account Mechandise Returns section and include it inside the package.
3. How to package the return
✔ Correct packaging: Attach the return label to the outer packaging (such as a box or shipping envelope).
✘ Incorrect packaging: Do not place the label directly on the product box or bag.
4. Shipping the return
► From Spain:
▸ You will receive access to the Correos Return Portal.
▸ Fill in your details and enter your order reference to generate the return label.
▸ Take the package to the nearest Correos office and present either the printed label or the return code on your mobile.
▸ Shipping cost: €2.95 (VAT included).
▸ For bulky products, wait for instructions from our team before shipping.
► From outside Spain:
▸ Use a carrier of your choice and send the package to the following address: FUJIMAE, Can Albareda 5-7 - PI. El Congost 08760 Martorell (Barcelona, España)
▸ Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
If you paid by bank transfer, include your account number in the return authorization or send it to us via email.
6. Why do we charge for returns?
We understand that returns can be inconvenient, so we aim to be transparent about why a return fee is applied. Each return generates specific costs, including:
● Operational costs: Each returned item is manually inspected, verified, and restocked, which requires time and resources.
● Transport and logistics: Shipping and handling are necessary to bring returned products back to our facilities.
● Products that cannot be resold as new: Some items cannot be resold in their original condition, meaning we must offer discounts, recycle them, or absorb the loss.
● Preventing misuse: Frequent returns without valid reasons increase costs. The return fee encourages more thoughtful purchases.
● Enhancing the shopping experience: Reducing unnecessary returns allows us to improve product descriptions, offer better advice, and ensure faster shipping.
